The VictorV Photography website with the headline Island roots, global vision over an NCAA championship photo

The VictorV Photography website is live, and it's one of the most complete sites we've built for a photographer.

Victor Vasquez is a photographer, videographer and film editor with over seven years of experience, from NCAA championship celebrations to weddings, engagements and nature. He's based in Sarasota, Florida, with Hawaiʻi by request, and the site opens with a line that fits both: Island roots, global vision.

From template to a site that runs the business

Victor's old site was a Squarespace template. It showed his work, but booking a session meant a long chain of emails: a quote, a contract, a deposit, a reminder about the balance. The new site does that work for him.

Booking, signing and paying in one flow

A client picks a package on the pricing page, and that choice follows them into booking. They choose a place and a time from Victor's schedule, and he confirms from his dashboard.

From the confirmed booking, Victor creates an agreement from his own templates and sends it with one click. The client reads it, initials, signs on their phone and pays the deposit by card. The balance works the same way. Payments are recorded automatically and receipts go out to both sides, so nobody has to chase anybody.

If a client would rather pay by Zelle, Venmo or cash, Victor marks it received and the agreement updates just the same.

A dashboard he can run himself

Everything lives in one place: bookings, agreements, clients, messages, reviews and his schedule. Victor can also edit his agreement templates, the site's wording and his contact details in plain terms, without waiting on a developer.

Fast, accessible and found

Big photos are the most common reason a photographer's site is slow on a phone. We resized every image for each screen, self-hosted the fonts and made sure nothing jumps while a page loads. Every page scores 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO in Google's Lighthouse test.

We also redirected the old Squarespace addresses to the new pages, so his existing links and search results keep working. If you're thinking about a similar move, our guide to moving off Wix or Squarespace without losing rankings explains how.
