Terms of use

Last updated

These terms apply to your use of thedigitalohana.com (the "site"), run by Digital Ohana, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Questions go to info@thedigitalohana.com.

Using the site

You may browse the site, read our content, and contact us for your own business purposes. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, no automated scraping, and no sending spam or harmful content through our forms.

Free site audits and speed checks

Our free site audit and speed check are general information to help you understand your website. The speed check uses Google's PageSpeed Insights, and results can vary from one test to the next. Neither is a guarantee of any result, search ranking, or level of traffic, and you're free to act on them however you like, with or without us.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logos and code on this site belong to Digital Ohana, Inc. or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short passages with credit, but please don't copy or republish our content without asking. Screenshots of client websites are shown to illustrate our work and remain the property of their owners.

Client projects

Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement, which sets out the price, timeline, payment terms and who owns what. If that agreement and these terms ever conflict, the agreement wins. Prices on this site are a guide; your written quote is what counts.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, including client sites and tools like Google. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

No warranties

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be error-free or online, or that the information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Digital Ohana, Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site or its free tools. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
