Juan Gómez Photography
A bold street and outdoor photography site for a Las Vegas photographer, with online booking and an owner dashboard he edits himself.

The goal
Juan Gómez shoots street scenes, outdoor portraits, couples, family sessions, events and cars around Las Vegas. His photos move, and he wanted a website that moves with them: loud, confident, and clear about how to book him.
The challenge
Great photography needs a site that gets out of its way and still does the practical work. Juan needed a place to show each style of his work, explain his packages, and take booking requests for Las Vegas and travel without chasing clients over text. He also wanted to change photos and wording himself, without waiting on a developer.
What we built
- A headline-first design that sets large type over his own photography, with a slow crossfade between hero shots, so the first screen already feels like his work.
- A gallery for every style: portraits, outdoor, and street and action, each with its own banner and a lightbox for the full-size photo.
- Packages and pricing in one place. Each package's Book button opens the booking page with that session already chosen.
- Real online booking. Clients pick a session type, place and date. Requests for Las Vegas and travel are handled separately, and Juan confirms or declines each one from his dashboard, with a calendar invitation going out on confirm.
- A client area. Clients can sign in to see their upcoming sessions. Juan collects his 20% deposit his own way, and online agreements and card deposits are built in and ready to switch on whenever he wants them.
- An owner dashboard. Juan edits every page's headline, text, prices and FAQ answers, swaps photos from his galleries, and updates his contact details and social links, all in plain words.
- Speed and accessibility. Photos are resized for phones, fonts are self-hosted, and nothing jumps while a page loads. In Google's Lighthouse test on a phone, every page scored 100 for accessibility, best practices and SEO, with speed scores up to 100.
- Messages that reach him. The contact form saves every message to his dashboard and emails him, sent from his own domain.
The result
The site is live on Juan's own domain, in his own accounts: the domain, hosting and email sending are his. He can add photos, change prices and answer booking requests without us. And visitors get a site that looks like his photography: bold, fast, and easy to book.
The whole process of building my website was literally guided step by step in the best way possible! On top of that, his prices are super affordable. 100% recommend him if you're looking to get a website for your business!Juan Gómez · Photographer, Las Vegas
