What a $900 Website Gets You (and What It Doesn't)

A transparent breakdown of our $900 custom-coded website: what's included, the monthly payment option, what's quoted separately and what it costs to keep.

Website pricing is famously hard to pin down. Ask three studios and you'll get three answers, often with "it depends" attached. We'd rather just tell you.

Our standard website is $900. Here's exactly what that includes, what it doesn't, and what it costs to keep running afterward.

What's included

The standard site is up to 5 custom-coded pages. For most local businesses in Las Vegas and Hawaii, that covers a homepage, a services page or two, an about page and a contact page.

Every standard site includes:

  • Phones-first design. We design for the phone screen first, since that's where most of your customers are.
  • An owner dashboard. You can edit your text and photos yourself, whenever you like.
  • Tap-to-call and quote or booking forms on every page. Customers never have to hunt for how to reach you.
  • Local SEO setup. Page titles, descriptions, headings and location details done properly, plus your Google Business Profile set up or cleaned up.
  • Lead tracking. You can see the calls and form requests the site brings in.
  • All the writing. We write the text for you. You review it and tell us what to change.
  • Two rounds of design changes, plus two on the finished site. You get a say before and after it's built.
  • Everything in your name. Your domain and accounts belong to you, and the code is yours at final payment.
  • A 30-day fix guarantee. If something we built isn't working right in the first 30 days after launch, we fix it.

Most sites launch within a week of getting your logo, photos and details.

How you pay

The price is $900 however you pay it:

  • In full. One invoice for $900 when you sign.
  • In two payments. $450 to start, and $450 before launch.
  • In 3 or 6 monthly payments. $300 or $150 a month, with no interest or fees. They are charged automatically to a card you save: the first starts your project, and the rest follow a month apart.

What costs more

We keep the standard site simple on purpose. A few things fall outside it, and you will know the price before we start:

  • Online stores. Our stores start at $2,700 for up to 50 products, because selling online takes more planning.
  • More than 5 pages. Extra pages are $150 each, and our Growth site covers up to 12 pages with a blog and online booking for $1,600.

If we're not sure whether something fits, we'll say so before you pay anything.

What it costs after launch

This is where many website quotes get fuzzy, so let's be clear.

Domain and hosting. Your domain is in your name and costs about $20 a year, paid to the registrar directly. Hosting is $25 a month on its own, and it's included with any care plan.

Care plan (optional). For a Business site, our Site care plan is $79 a month and includes:

  • Up to 30 minutes of changes each month, done within 2 business days
  • Updates, monitoring and backups
  • Hosting, so you don't pay the $25 a month separately
  • A monthly leads report showing calls and form requests

It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime. Growth sites have their own plan at $119 a month, and online stores at $149 a month, since they need more hands-on care.

Without the care plan. You can still come to us whenever you need something:

  • $50 for a small update, like new hours or a price change
  • $150 for an extra page
  • $75 an hour for larger work

Because the site is custom-coded, there are no plugins or themes to keep patching. Many owners only need changes a few times a year, and paying as you go works fine for them.

What it doesn't include

To be fully transparent, the $900 site doesn't include:

  • Online stores or more than 5 pages (quoted separately, as above)
  • Ongoing changes after the included rounds, unless you're on the care plan or pay per update
  • Paid advertising
  • Any promise of a specific Google ranking. Nobody can honestly guarantee that. What we can do is make sure your site and profile are set up right, fast and easy for customers to act on.

Is it worth it?

That depends on what your current site is costing you. A slow site with no tap-to-call button and no clear next step can quietly turn away customers every week. A fast, focused site that makes calling you easy can change that.
